Casa bellissima e ben arredata. Molto pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari. Giardino perfetto per i nostri cagnolini. Valeria e i suoi genitori gentili e disponibili. Graditissimi i cesti di verdura, vino e vin santo con cantucci offerti da loro. Jacuzzi e terrazzo perfetti per rilassarsi.

Casina del Biondo is nog fijner dan de advertentie doet vermoeden. Het ligt op een mooie plek, met heerlijk uitzicht. De jacuzzi is heerlijk om bij af te koelen op hete dagen. Het huis is super netjes, lekker koel, zelfs als je de airco niet zou gebruiken. Het is er heerlijk rustig. In de late avond kun je heel mooi naar de sterren kijken vanaf de ligbedden op het terras. Wij hebben tijdens de jaarlijkse Perseiden veel vallende sterren kunnen zien. Valeria is super behulpzaam, we kwamen 6 uur later aan dan afgesproken, maar dat allemaal geen probleem. Haar ouders kwamen heel lief nog verse tomaten, courgettes, eieren en sla brengen. Zo jaloers op de smaak van deze tomaten!

We had a wonderful time in this precious, beautiful house that has everything one needs. Very well situated and only a short drive away from Monte San Savino and beautiful Lucignano with wonderful restaurants. Valeria and Monika are very nice hosts, thank you for everything! We are already planning our next trip.

Das Haus liegt mit einer wunderschönen Sicht auf die Umgebung. Von hier aus kann man viele lohnenswerte Ziele schnell erreichen. Auch im Ort locken viele gute Restaurants mit tollen Gerichten.

Perfect location with the perfect house. Just an hour away to most of the famous attractions , but surrounding its super quiet . The place it’s newly renovated with super good privacy inside or outside the house , super cozy garden with jacuzzi and big terrace to take sun or take aperitivo or have any meal of the day . Valeria and her Mum was really kind and nice to us . We had also good experience with food in the center under Valeria’s recommendation .

"From the outset, we had excellent, responsive service from Toskana Holiday, GmbH. We spent an absolutely wonderful week at La Casina del Biondo. What a beautiful house it is, and so perfectly clean, comfortable, and cosy. We were warmly welcomed by Valeria, who showed us all around the house and how to work everything. The fact that there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms is an absolute dream - it meant that despite the typically hot Tuscan summer days, we could get a good night's rest, or have a lovely nap in a cool room. We were particularly impressed with how clean and well thought-out the house was: we had everything we needed. The patio and the garden are just lovely, and the dipping pool/Jacuzzi in the garden is a lovely addition. We also particularly appreciated the house's proximity to various sight-seeing options within reasonable driving distance, so we could choose to do bigger excursions (Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia), or smaller, closer little forays into the charming villages. Valeria's brother, Mirco, saw us out on the day we left, and is just as warm and welcoming as Valeria. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this lovely little house. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, and the second bedroom (which we didn't use, as our daughters were off doing their own things) has two beds - great for siblings, for example, or a second couple, or friends. Perfekte Erholung in perfekter Villa
Die kleine Villa hat wirklich alles, was man braucht oder vermissen könnte bis hin zu Klimageräten in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Raumaufteilung ist absolut perfekt. Es wurde an alles gedacht und die Vermieter sind total nett und super hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, kommt in kürzester Zeit jemand. Man ist im Haus alleine, es gibt wohltuende Ruhe und auf der fantastischen Terrasse einen herrlichen Ausblick.

We were met at the house by the owners, Mirco and Valeria. They were very gracious and made us immediately feel welcomed. They walked us through the house and showed us all we needed to settle in. They also provided lots of literature on local attractions, restaurants, etc. We chatted for quite some time and conversation was pretty easy since both speak some English. The house was amazing and offered beautiful views from the terrace and windows. The house is well furnished and outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. Since the house was just recently refurbished, all contents and finishes are essentially new, and state of the art. The location of the house is perfect for sightseeing in central Tuscany. The A1 toll road is located about 10 minutes away, Arezzo is about a 25-minute drive, and the village of Monte San Savino is about 2 kilometers from the house. Groceries, gasoline, pharmacy, etc. are all within a 5 or 10-minute drive from the house. The hosts, Mirco and Valeria, were marvelous. They checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we were having a good time. Valeria also brought us produce, olive oil, wine, cantucci, etc. all made/grown by her family. They exceeded my expectations in every category. My wife and I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Italy and elsewhere over the last several years. This rental was far and away the best in all regards. I highly recommend this rental for 2 to 4 people looking for a quiet, centrally located taste of Tuscan country living!! Mirco and Valeria are the best hosts you'll ever find!!
Mirco and Valeria were absolutely perfect hosts!! They made us feel like good friends rather than customers. The gracious gifts of food, oil, wine, and cantucci were all delicious and way beyond our expectations

One word to describe Casina del Biondo:perfezione!!
Mirco and Valeria were so endearing and welcoming. We were greeted with a basket of their garden’s vegetables, eggs, and family-made olive oil and cider (and a few days later we had another basket at the door!). We hadn’t even stepped into the house and already felt at home! It’s a fantastic place to stay if you’re road tripping through Tuscany and want both a peaceful getaway with a view out of the city center, and a place that is ideally situated nearby quaint towns for daytrips.While Monte San Savino wasn’t necessarily a highlight of a town to visit, it is a hop away from Lucignano, and very close to Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, etc, and is ideally situated near the Val d’Orcia. We spent an entire day driving through this picturesque area, stopping in 5 towns, from Montelcino to Pienza, with many cities and restaurants visited thanks to the recommendation of our gracious hosts. You’ll definitely want a car, to get around locally and branch out. This house is impeccably clean and newly renovated. You can clearly see the love and thought put into the restoration—exposed original beams, antique-style lighting, fabulous bathroom pieces, beautiful bedding. It comes with what you need to make it your own. Terrace dining, in-kitchen dining, jacuzzi, patio furniture and umbrellas, an equipped BBQ, kitchen (with their garden’s production) that invites you to cook your own Tuscan dinner, two very nice bathrooms, spacious living room, roomy garage and gated driveway, olive groves to wander behind the house, washing machine, and A/C in the bedrooms. The house was quite warm, particularly the bedrooms, but with the windows open you can get a nice breeze, and AC units in the bedrooms were very nice to have. During our stay we had a few hiccups, which only gave flavor to our Tuscan adventure, and they were no problem with such helpful hosts. There was a lightning storm that took out the power (life happens), but within 5min Mirco was at the house to turn everything back on. Unfortunately,the storm fried the motherboard of the jacuzzi, but Mirco had it repaired quickly.The storm also shut off the gate’s power, and we didn’t find out until the next day as we were ready to head out on a day trip. It set us back an hour, but we didn’t mind because our hosts were so helpful and kind. They were always a call away.Casina del Biondo is a dream getaway, affordable, comfortable, and the hosts made the trip even more memorable. They offered to help load our car,gave recommendations of towns and restaurants to visit--breaking out the maps--and at the end didn’t charge us the pet or AC usage fees because of the storm hiccups.We loved our visit, our dog loved it, and we can’t wait to do it again!Thank you so very much, Mirco and Valeria.
