Podere il Borgo est une splendide propriété située entre les provinces d'Arezzo et de Sienne surplombant le charmant village de Lucignano qui possède une histoire millénaire et présente un modèle exceptionnel d'urbanisme médiéval avec un plan elliptique particulier.

La location est située dans une propriété privée avec trois hectares de terrain totalement clôturé composé d'oliviers, de bois et de grands jardins avec une piscine qui bénéficie d'une magnifique vue panoramique.

La propriété est née de la récupération d'un complexe rural toscan typique composé d'un corps principal et de deux annexes à usage exclusif des vacanciers, transformé en six unités confortablement meublées avec des chambres climatisées. Il y a un appartement supplémentaire au premier étage de la Casa del Portico qui n'est pas à louer et utilisé exclusivement par les propriétaires lorsque la propriété n'est pas louée. La composition de cette structure permet aux groupes et aux familles d'avoir leurs propres espaces, tout en ayant à disposition plusieurs espaces communs tels que la salle commune avec salon et cuisine donnant sur le jardin.

Podere Il Borgo est situé à 4 km de nombreux supermarchés, magasins et restaurants à Lucignano (4 km) et Sinalunga (5 km) et à seulement 5 km du Valdichiana Outlet Village. Étant également bien relié aux principaux axes routiers, sa position est un excellent point de départ pour organiser des excursions vers les principales destinations touristiques de la Toscane et de l'Ombrie.

C'est sans aucun doute le lieu idéal pour des vacances régénérantes en famille et entre amis, où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la campagne mais aussi et surtout venir visiter les beautés de la Toscane.

About our stay in your beautiful Italian dream Villa in Lucignano:

We had a fantastic holiday at Borgo Tenuta la Selva in Lucignano.
The huge estate really had so much to offer...!
The 5 families (in total 18 people, 9 adults and 9 children) could all choose their own suitable apartment, each complete with kitchen and bathroom.
For everything we did together (and that was a lot) there was a large central kitchen and large terraces both in front of and behind the main building. In the morning we could have breakfast in the shade on the covered terrace at the front, while in the evening we always chose the now shaded back. Nice near the barbecue and the central kitchen. We also found a place at the cozy standing tables for drinks in the early evening. And while the grown-ups often sat at the table for a long time (with a beautiful view of the surrounding Tuscan landscape, the children could again swarm out over the enormous terrain with all kinds of play options.
The heat in the last week of July 2022 meant that we spent a lot of time in and around the pool. Especially with the little ones, the jacuzzi was also a favorite. And thanks to the warm weather, it was often possible to swim until dusk! Exciting !
What was very nice was that every morning the 'poolboy' came by very early. He not only checked the quality of the water, but also took care of a clean toilet next to the pool and even arranged umbrellas and sun loungers every day, so that everything was neatly ready for us again.
On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Monika and also during our stay she was always available for questions and possibly. solutions to problems. When the air conditioning in one of the upstairs apartments did not provide sufficient cooling, action was taken several times to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, that only happened halfway through the holiday week. The family therefore 'moved' earlier to the still vacant unit in the other building.
But otherwise nothing but praise for Tenuta la Selva: the stately driveway with shaded parking spaces for many cars, the large terrain with so many possibilities that we have not been able to use them all, the beautiful view all around and much more. In the evening we saw in the distance above the pool the hill with lights of Lucignano. Of course we also made some trips to nice places in the Tuscan country (Siena, Cortona, Pienza), but less than we had planned. The heat made early morning the best time to do anything. In the afternoon almost everyone could be found in or around the pool. The children even organized a complete 'dolphin show' ...
A holiday week like this passes far too quickly: after a week the family 'swarmed' again over Italy, Austria or Switzerland or back to the Netherlands, where fortunately the sun shone (and shines) exuberantly this year. Fortunately, with many beautiful photos and a 'backpack' full of beautiful memories of Tenuta la Selva Il Borgo di Lucignano.

Liebe Monika,

Du warst uns von vornherein sympathisch! Man konnte aus deiner Stimme heraus hören dass man dir vertrauen kann und wir uns für den anstehenden Aufenthalt in der Toskana keine Sorgen machen müssten.

Mit diesem Urlaub und der dazugehörigen wundervollen Unterkunft in welcher wir uns als 10 Köpfige Familie für eine Woche entspannen konnten wurde uns eine perfekte Wohlfühl Woche ermöglicht.

Ein täglich gereinigt Pool mit perfekt ausgerichtet Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten einer Möglichkeit in den Jacuzzi zu hocken und in jedem Moment ein atemberaubendes Panorama auf die toskanische Stadt Lucignano!!! Einfach Wow!

Wir werden Dich und die Unterkunft wärmstes an Familie und Freunde weiterempfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per una settimana, all'inizio di agosto, eravamo un gruppo composto da 5 famiglie con bambini, e la nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. Il posto è stupendo, immerso nella campagna toscana, con un meraviglioso panorama tutto intorno e il grazioso Borgo di Lucignano a pochi minuti di auto. Servizi quali supermercati, farmacie e altri negozi sono ugualmente raggiungibili in auto con facilità. La villa è una struttura davvero bella e curata, organizzata con singoli appartamenti che garantiscono spazio, comfort, e privacy, specialmente nel caso di nuclei familiari diversi. Gli spazi comuni all'esterno sono ampi e godibili, con un enorme giardino (anzi un vero e proprio bosco con tanto di orto), grande barbecue in muratura e un meraviglioso forno a legna del 700 dove abbiamo potuto cucinare delle ottime pizze! La piscina è curata, molto bella e attrezzata, e viene garantita una manutenzione quotidiana (così come quella del giardino). E' presente anche una vasca idromassaggio riscaldata, sempre nella zona piscina, molto godibile, salvo qualche piccolo inconveniente con il funzionamento.
All'interno in una zona comune è disponibile anche una grande e moderna cucina, con un grande tavolo, comodissima per cucinare e mangiare tutti insieme. Sia Monika che i proprietari Laura e Alessandro sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili: oltre alla vasca idromassaggio, abbiamo avuto qualche altro piccolo problema in casa (tra cui un problema di "allagamento" in cucina a causa di una forte pioggia), e loro sono intervenuti immediatamente risolvendo sempre nel breve tutte le problematiche. Ci hanno anche più volte omaggiato del vino da loro prodotto, così come della verdura dell'orto. Sicuramente ci torneremo in futuro per un'altra bellissima vacanza!"

Abbiamo soggiornato con dei clienti Americani per un'intera settimana a luglio 2019 PODERE IL BORGO nei pressi di Croce di Lucignano.
La Villa è un sogno, in perfetto stile toscano che fa tornare indietro nel tempo, ma che al tempo stesso ha tutte le comodità moderne ( wi fi perfettamente funzionante, aria condizionata, una splendida piscina, una jacuzzi magica). Letti comodi e camere ben arredate. Molteplici spazi dove cenare e fare aperitivi in relax totale circondati da un parco curatissimo. Le cucine degli appartamenti sono fornitissime e c'è anche un forno per pizza che abbiamo sfruttato una sera per cena.
Il posto gode di una meravigliosa tranquillità e privacy, sembra di essere fuori dal mondo, perfetto per una vacanza. Nonostante questo a breve distanza c'è un centro commerciale, diversi supermercati e ristoranti.
Monika è sempre stata gentilissima, super paziente e sempre, dico sempre, reperibile in caso di necessità.
Insomma una settimana da sogno, consigliatissima la location e consigliatissima Monika che si avvale anche di uno staff ben preparato. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati.
Difficile chiedere di più.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Thanks again for everything you did to help us with our stay in Tuscany. It really was amazing, and we will treasure the memories for a very long time.

Our stay in Tuscany was made an absolute delight, in large part because we stayed here. The set-up was ideal for an extended family and allowed everyone to have their own space, as well as a large and comfortable common space to come together. We enjoyed some wonderful meals while looking out over the amazing view surrounding the home. The pool and jacuzzi were delightful and a welcome place to relax after a day exploring surrounding towns. The location could not have been more ideal—a beautiful rural feel but easy access to beautiful towns such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Arezzo, and Montecino. It was also easy to access supermarkets, and for a quick drive to some amazing meals in a beautiful medieval town, we loved going to nearby Lucignano.

We cannot say enough great things about Monika. She helped orient us to the area and provided excellent suggestions. She also went out of her way to make sure we found the house, staying there until after 10:30 the night we arrived and welcoming us with food, wine, and drinks that were much needed and appreciated. She is a true gem.

We can’t wait to return to Tuscany for a big family gathering and would be thrilled to stay in this wonderful place next time!

L'espace extérieur qui entoure la structure fait partie d'une propriété d'environ 3 hectares de terrain et se distingue par les nombreux espaces communs à la disposition des hôtes. Par l'allée privée bordée de cyprès et d'un petit bois vous accédez au parking couvert avec plusieurs places de stationnement. Portail automatique
Le bosquet, équipé d'un terrain de boules, peut être utilisé pour des promenades ou du jogging. Le jardin est composé de divers grands arbres, oliviers, cyprès et fleurs en pot.
Il existe différentes terrasses situées dans différentes zones de la propriété, idéales pour manger à l'extérieur avec des sièges et des tables confortables ou pour se détendre avec des amis lors des fraîches soirées d'été.

PISCINE

La belle piscine mesure 5 x 10 m (profondeur de 1m à 2,5 m). Près de la piscine, il y a un jacuzzi chauffable.
De plus, la piscine est entièrement clôturée afin d'offrir aux invités une plus grande tranquillité, en particulier à ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants.
Près de la piscine, une toilette de service avec WC est également à disposition
