Le paysage qui environne CASALE POGGIO al Vento est sans aucun doute évocateur et unique en son genre. Il est constitué d’harmonieuses chaînes de collines qui séparent le Valdichiana de la province d’Arezzo avec la province de Sienne, de petits vignobles produisant des raisins de qualité, de vastes étendues d’oliviers aux couleurs argentées, de sinueux chemins de terre qui grimpent doucement vers le sommet des hautes collines et qui consentent d’admirer d’inoubliables panorami d’une rare beauté.
A environ 6 Km de la propriété, on y trouve l’ancien bourg médiéval de Lucignano, avec magasins et services en tout genre. Cette splendide localité mérite très certainement d’y consacrer une visite : la cité conserve encore en excellentes conditions sa construction urbanistique originale, unique en Italie, caractérisée par un ensemble de rues concentriques en forme d’ellipse et sur différents niveaux.
Les anciennes fermes et propriétés, disséminées le long des vieilles routes et chemins, surgissent ci et là parmi la végétation. Elles s’intègrent parfaitement avec le milieu naturel en le rendant ainsi encore plus fascinant comme autrefois.
CASALE POGGIO AL VENTO, une de ces anciennes fermes, est composée de cinq unités permettant de recevoir un groupe de personnes (de 14 personnes jusqu’à un maximum de 16/18 personnes). Les logements sont formés de deux appartements accueillants situés dans la maison principale et de deux greniers transformés en deux maisonnettes indépendantes. Chaque logement possède son propre espace externe équipé de table et chaises pour les repas en plein air.
Une dernière dépendance a été tout récemment transformée en salle commune à disposition des vacanciers et équipée de grande cuisine / salle à manger, n. 1 salle de bains avec douche. La dépendance est également équipée de tonnelle avec table et chaises pour les repas en plein air.
La machine à laver est à usage commun pour tous les logements. Il est en outre possible de louer des VTT et organiser ainsi d’intéressantes et agréables randonnées.
La propriétaire , sur demande, prépare des plats typiques toscans durant le séjour.
INDOOR
The estate has been perfectly restored, whilst maintaining its original defining characteristics, combining various styles with the authenticity of the property. The main farmhouse is on two floors, joined with an indoor staircase. The ground floor has a dining room with a typical arched ceiling and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a practical French door leading outside, a single bedroom with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom leading outdoors with bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, a single bedroom with bathroom with shower. All the first floor bedrooms have air conditioning.
The first outbuilding is close to the main farmhouse, entirely on one floor, and has a paved veranda complete with outdoor furniture, plus one double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
The second outbuilding is slightly lower down than the first one, also on one floor with a living room with TV plus a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
The third outbuilding is the large shared hall, shared by all the guests. Here there is a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, large enough for all guests, as is the outdoor terrace with table and chairs. This building also has a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

OUTDOOR
The property, surrounded by picturesque olive groves, adapts to the morphology of the soil, extending over several levels, following the natural slope of the hilly landscape. It is surrounded by beautiful olive groves, vegetation, flowers and shrubs, cypresses and ancient fir trees. Entrance is via a grand gate, leading to the ample car park, from which a few steps lead to the outbuildings on one side and the pool on the other.
The oval swimming pool is completely enclosed, measuring 6x12 metres with a depth of 1.2-1.8 m; it’s externally paved and complete with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and outdoor shower, making it perfect for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying the panorama with an appetizer.
Guests can use a small kids play area with a table tennis table. There is also a gazebo in front of the main farmhouse complete withtable and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as a covered and furnished veranda in front of the shared hall.
The spacious terrace complete with garden furniture overlooks the pool and the marvellous surrounding countryside. Guests will also find a barbecue area between the main farmhouse and the shared hall, with tables and benches.
INCLUDED TO THE RENTAL PRICE:
